- This project emerged from a personal need to process an experience that affected me, through my connection to someone close and through the intersections of past and present, between what is alive and what remains as memory.
- The project holds onto a state of uncertainty, when identities and emotions intertwine and cannot be clearly named. The flowers become a medium of memory, transmission, and disorientation, but also a quiet gesture of processing and acceptance.
① Behind the Process
I began visiting a cemetery, collecting discarded, withered flowers.
Flowers that had already served their symbolic purpose and were pushed aside.
I combined them with fresh ones and worked with them digitally in TouchDesigner.
Through layering, distortion, and melting, I tried to express the feeling of boundaries dissolving.
Between people. Between times. Between intention and coincidence.
